CONVENIENT AND POLITE SERVICES TO THE PEOPLE

1. COALITION SERVICE CENTER 　　

In order to offer greater convenience to the people who want to perform official business, or consult the legal proceedings such as how to deliver a written indictment and pay the fees, we centralize all the counters who stand on the first line to contact the people in one office. They are lawsuit counselling counter, document counter, written indictment counter, cashier counter, refund counter, counter of witness traveling fee and register counter.

2.SINGLE WINDOW SERVICE

In the past if a person wants to deliver a written indictment, he has to come to Paper Review Counter, get a payment form at another counter, pay the fee at Cashier Counter, and deliver the indictment to Receive Count. Now such complicated procedure is simplified into one single window. He just needs to contact one window counter to finish all the procedures. We practically offer greater convenience to the people.

3.LAWSUIT COUNSELLING

Law is a very professionalized social science. Living in this "fine divided labor" society, it is impossible to expect every people to realize the law. In order to assist the people, who touch legal affairs for the first time, to realize the legal issues related to the legal proceedings, we set up a lawsuit counselling section, and assign senior legal experts who are familiar with the legal proceedings and enthusiastic to work for people, to answer the related legal issues. Its service items include legal counselling on the legal proceedings and writing non-contentious indictments for the people. Furthermore, we provide the people with more than 100 kinds of formats on legal proceedings for people's reference.

4.VOLUNTEER WORKER

The court has very limited members in the organization, but our society has endless resources. In order to provide the people with more and cordial services, we invite enthusiastic social workers to participate the polite and convenient services for the people. They work in 3 shifts either inside or outside the Coalition Service Center each day. They offer guiding service and indictment writing and delivery services. They receive very good reviews.

5.TOUCH TYPE COMPUTER INQUIRY SYSTEM

To allow the people conveniently access the information required, we set up a touch-type computer inquiry system inside Coalition Service Center, where we provide the people with the court profile, the gist of announcement, the houses to be auctioned, the court session, the court map, the bulletin board and the summary courts, etc…

6.NOTARIAL WEDDING HALL

We set up a solemn, elegant and joyful notarial wedding hall to provide the people to be married with a solemn and simple wedding. For people's convenience, we also hold notarial wedding on holidays.

7.WELCOME YOUR VISIT

In order to propagate law knowledge in general, we cordially welcome institutions, groups and school students to visit us and give us your advice. We'll provide them with special-assignment persons to give guidance and explanation. We have a simulated court to provide the visiting students with simulated performance of court activities. This will help the students understand the court activities and the legal proceedings further.

8.ON-DUTY SERVICE IN AFTERNOON BREAK For people's convenience to handle official business, in the afternoon break there are on-duty crew in Coalition Service Center at the lawsuit counselling counter, the document counter, the indictment counter, the cashier counter, the refund counter, the travel fee of witness counter, notary counter and the deposit counter to serve the people.
